Tax & estate
It’s not what you make.
It’s what you keep after taxes.
Taxes are one of the major threats to accumulating and keeping wealth. Capital gains and estate taxes are often the most expensive. How an asset is held can change which taxes apply — and how many of them apply at once.
We use strategies, some of which may be considered IRS “safe harbor,” to help minimize capital gains, income, gift, and estate taxes. An effective estate plan does not always mean giving up control or cash flow. Some plans can increase net after-tax income.
Each plan is designed around long-term goals and immediate needs. The commitment is to explain the options in language that is usable.
